Our Initial crew Impression: One Bag Life, Here We Come!

TESTING IT OUT

Our crew had a brilliant idea (at least to us it was)- let’s test the backpack on a recent trip with the crew this past weekend (we went on the trip first of course). Let’s load up and see how the bag handles the day traveling…

We typically use a larger bag for an out of town trip. On this trip we headed out for 4 days (3 nights) and had a mixture of events/things planned from casual kicking it by the backyard pool, going out to a nicer dinner one of the nights, taking a “booze-cruise” bike ride during one of the days, and of course essentials needed to maximize each outing. Needless to say we had a full 4 days packed ahead of us. We only brought the one duffel from Knack.

The size of the bag was perfect for packing all items. The expansion zipper gives you more room when needed, and the pouches do a great job of organizing items in slots to give you more room as you go. The shoe compartment was perfect to keep those off our clean shirts, and the clips inside keep everything in place. Easy to see zipper pouches make for finding your toothbrush a breeze, without having to unpack the rest of the bag.

Our most highlighted moment was the fact that we can easily carry this duffel- over the shoulder, on your back, even slide onto a suitcase if you needed to. The bag has plenty of options for carry to easily switch to and from while navigating the airport, on-boarding of an airplane, and quick exit once you landed at your destination.

The Knack Convertible Duffel was perfect for packing light or heavy on the trip, easy to take on and off, accessible no matter which way we carried it, and was truly life-proof.

THE STORY BEHIND THE BAG

The idea behind Knack came from a simple observation: wherever we looked, we noticed an epidemic of people carrying multiple bags. Work bag and a gym bag. Backpack and computer bag. Roller-bag and carry-on.

Each of us at Knack experienced the hassle of being burdened with multiple bags, and thought to ourselves, “I need more hands!” The epiphany was that we didn’t need more hands.
