INITIAL IMPRESSIONS
Our initial impression of the Manna Hydration Stack Growler was “hot dang this thing is massive”- in a good way. With 4 stackable stainless steel cups, enough room in the growler to charge rent, this bad boy has all the real estate you could want.
When we initially unscrewed the cap and peeked inside the growler we thought we’d have to send a flare down to see the bottom. Ok that was dramatic- but you get our point. But it does have some legit features to note.

TESTING IT OUT
Our crew loaded up growler with some preferred beverages and put it to the test to see how this stackable growler, well, stacked up. First up was the hot test. We filled the growler with some piping hot coffee. Then we tried some cool ice to see how it stacked up (see what we did there)?
THE HEAT
We brewed some coffee and let it heat up on the coffee pot plate for some time. Direct poured right into the growler- which by the way had a wide enough opening to where we didn’t need an oil change funnel to get it in there. We closed the lid up and left the growler outside overnight. Right now, temps in our area are dropping to below 30 degrees at night. The next morning we opened the growler up. Freaking steam came out of the growler! The coffee was still warm and made for a great start to the day because we had coffee ready to roll. The taste of the coffee was not impacted by the growler and the cups made for a perfect addition to the portability of the growler itself.
THE COLD
Now the cold test- we grabbed some ice cubes and filled the growler with just ice. We wanted to see how much ice would melt over a 24 hour period. So, we did what any reviewer would do- filled with ice, then left it alone for 24 hours. When we returned, opened up the growler, and peeked inside guess what we found??- ICE. Sweet Ice, Ice, baby. Sure, some had melted, but for the most part the ice was in tact and had of course and melted a little into a nice cold watery drink. As advertised the growler stayed cold- cold as ice in fact.
THE OUTCOME
With our crew testing out both hot and cold drinks in the growler, and the heat and coldness being held for the duration of time we tested it, we would have to say this opens the door for so many travel possibilities. The ease of filling, screwing the cap on and heading out is flat out a no brainer. The durability is key too- as you could toss in the car and go while not worrying about leaking or damage to the growler. The stackable cups are a great addition to the portability and the wide mouth opening makes cleanup very easy. The design, ease of use, and ability to really keep things hot and cold does make for a solid travel companion.
