HOW IT WORKS
Warby Parker is pretty simple: you go online, find a pair (or different pairs) of glasses you like, ship them free to your home and when you found your match you order the real pair and boom- you’re done.
With Warby Parker’s home try on program, you really can give any pair a test drive. Warby Parker gives a more detailed rundown of how the Home Try On program works, but really it’s simple: find 5 pairs of frames you like, add them to your “box” and have them shipped for free. When they arrive, you have a few days to test them out. Our crew wore them to meetings, social gatherings, even to the gym to see what frames fit our faces and lifestyle best. With 5 days to try out the box, there really is no rush to pick “the pair.” After you find the pair you want, simply order it online with your prescription and boom- you’re all set.
Simply send the box of sample frames back (with their free return shipping label) and wait for your new, fresh, prescription glasses to arrive!
FINAL VERDICT
We initially had our doubts that these frames would truly be as legit as they claim. But after the smooth online ordering of samples and process for purchasing the frames and lenses we are officially drinking the Warby Parker Kool Aid.
The moment we found our frames, we followed their clear instructions for uploading our prescription and after a few questions we had the order placed. We messed up on one of the images we sent and within minutes a customer service rep reached out and had our order fixed. Within a week our new scripts were waiting at our door.
One last note- you still will need to get the frames “fitted” if they don’t feel right on your face. Look- it’s impressive the frames fit most people so don’t get all up in arms at Warby Parker for sending you for a fitting sometimes.
