Well, whatever is in these mixture elixirs we are all game for. The flavors to start with are legit good. We are not the biggest fans of overly sugary tasting flavors- they often taste too sweet and taste like your cramming junk in the mouth. Not with Sneak. The flavor blend to water is perfection. We could not stop drinking it once we tried one flavor. The blend of flavor was perfect and we could feel the boost of energy come on very subtle. It was an easy 0-100 in the right amount of progression. We found ourselves reaching for the packets each day to try a new blend.
