INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Step one kicks off with getting the tools ready for cooking. Roller, Dough Sheet, Pizza Peel, and Pizza Oven (we use an Ooni for this/our how2)

Step 2: Fire up the outdoor Pizza Oven- get it piping hot to max heat per oven guidelines

Step 3: While oven is heating up, roll out room temperature pizza dough ball into a 12 inch circle. Use plenty of flour on the surface to avoid sticking

Step 4: Take out your pizza peel and get a good layer of flour on the peel itself

Step 5: Place dough onto peel and shift peel around in hand to confirm the rolled dough slides freely on the peel

Step 6: Add thin layer of sauce, cheese, and other toppings you desire

Step 7: Slide pizza into outdoor pizza oven and rotate the pizza with the peel every 15 seconds. A quarter turn is plenty. Add flour to peel as needed to freely move the pizza around.

Step 8: After a minute to 1.5 minutes of rotating the pizza, remove pizza from oven. Slice up and enjoy!

duuude TIP:

If the pizza toppings are too thick it can hinder proper cooking time. Avoid a lot of cheese as the liquid evaporation can make the dough soggy. Keep any eye on the pizza while cooking because a few seconds can burn the dough.
