Top 7 Hard Seltzers for 2021
Picking your next Hard Seltzer doesn’t have to be so, well, hard.
Hard Seltzers sure have made their way into our drink game lineup. What used to be a drink for those who don’t like the flavor of other drinks, has now turned to a whole new industry of flavors, ABV’s, and mixes. Our crew had a lot of time on our hands in 2020, so we tried out a bunch of hard-seltzers (ya know, for science) and came up with our favorite 7 Hard Seltzers you might want to try in 2021.
White Claw- Clementine
White Claw® Hard Seltzer 70 has, well you guessed it: 70 calories. Only 3.7% alcohol and 0g carbs- it is an easy choice for a chill night or day (heck even morning?). Experience a burst of light citrus clementine notes — subtle and balanced crisp refreshment similar to seltzer water garnished with fresh citrus. Not too strong or overpowering, but drinks like a glass of water with a hint of bubbles and citrus.

Bud Light Seltzer-Lime
Bud Light Hard Seltzer has 5.0% ABV and is perfect for easy drinking. Made with pure cane sugar, sparkling water, and a hint of natural fruit flavors. The lime is not too over-powering and the sweetness is less than some other fruity drink you probably have had. If you like White Claw, we think you may enjoy these even more.

Maui POG Hard Seltzer
This is the sauce. The Jam. The Bees-Knees. We stumbled across the Maui Hard Seltzer lineup in 2020 and have been stocking up ever since. This Spiked sparkling water has a hint of natural passion fruit, orange,
and guava flavors. Each can has 5% ABV and isn’t pumped with fillers or junk. If you like POG drinks from Maui (the island), this will bring you right back.

Smirnoff Seltzer Berry Lemonade has 8% ABV and zero sugar, no artificial sweeteners- at a whopping 90 calories per serving. . Fresh lemonade and sweet berry flavors. A little more on the sweet side than the White Claw or Truly flavor profiles.

Crook and Marker-Lemonade
Crook and Marker use real lemon juice, fresh fruit flavors and a splash of sunshine to make their spiked summer sippers. They’re a bit tart, tangy and tasty all mixed into one. Zero sugar and Zero artificial sweeteners, they are good on the ole Dad Bod.

Corona BlackBerry Lime
Shocking news- but Corona is more than a virus-It was a legit beer before all this mess. Well, they didn’t go away and in fact brought a great spiked seltzer in 2020- BlackBerry Lime. The 4.5% ABV beverage contains 90 calories, zero carbs and zero sugars. Now that is one Corona we actually enjoyed this year.
Price: $16 for 12 pack on average
Bon and Viv Clementine Hibiscus
Ok we tried a lot of other “combos” of flavors and most of the time they are gross. Flavors like Tea and Turmeric just sounds nasty. Bon and Viv actually crushed the combo lineup and our favorite is the Clementine Hubiscus. With 4.5 % ABV its just a little more than others and a little less than some when it comes to how many you can pound before you start calling it “Biv and Von.” We like the name either way.
