TESTING IT OUT
Our crew went with the Watch Gang Original subscription to start with. These watches typically are Japanese Miyota or Seiko movements, stainless steel and real leather bands. The watch styles vary greatly and could be classic, sport, or military to name a few. The other subscription move up to Japanese or Swiss quartz movement and the higher tiers are Japanese and Swiss Automatic movements. In comparison, the difference between the Black & Platinum watches is like switching from a Mustang to a Cadillac.
So we signed up and then started the process:
We filled out some initial questions/choices to give the Watch Gang Crew and idea of the styles we like- from classic clean looks to more adventurous ones. We told them what we liked so they know what to look for in picking a legit watch to ship.
Unboxing
Now the fun part- unboxing our mystery watch. Our crew opened up the box to find a legit name brand watch. Packaged with care, the “pick” was spot on- we stated we liked leather bands, with a more adventurous style face- we got just that!
