These Trackable Fahlo Bracelets Save Wildlife | Review

When was the last time an article of clothing, such as a quality, well-made, and stylish bracelet offered more than a cool look- and helped saved wildlife at the same time? Yeah- we couldn’t think of one either- until we partnered with Fahlo and took a look at their bracelets that come with a real animal to track, while helping wildlife conservation efforts.
Fahlo is unique in the sense that not only do they hand craft their variety of animal themed bracelets, but with each purchase it goes towards helping save, protect, and educate about various land and sea wildlife. What started in 2018, this mission to save wildlife has been able to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to save wildlife- all through purchases of their bracelets. By combining a tangible bracelet and interactive tracking experience, Fahlo’s goal is to educate customers about wildlife and excite them about conservation- and we can honestly say, they are doing just that!
INITIAL IMPRESSION
To jump into the waters (see what we did there) of Fahlo’s lineup of bracelets, we first want to highlight the various animals and wildlife they partner to help save and protect.
Fahlo works primarily with NOW 5 main wildlife species that each bracelet is designed and based from. Sea Turtles, Elephants, Polar Bears, Sharks, and new for 2023: Giraffes all are included in the bracelets and conservation efforts from Fahlo.
Fahlo also started partnering to help with Orcha Research and Trust who protects orcas and their habitat through conservation, education, and scientific research.
What more can one say from an initial impression standpoint than “great work, Fahlo” for brining a fashion item to the wrists and ankles of people while also helping to support wildlife? With each purchase, 10% of the profits go directly towards the animal conservation and protection of that species. You can support each animal with a purchase of that species’ bracelet, grab them all and support all sorts of wildlife, or simply spread the word if bracelets are not your thing.
The fun doesn’t stop there. With each bracelet purchase, you can track your very own animal! Each purchase comes with a scannable QR code that lets you see in real-time, a real life animal. You can track multiple animals with each purchase and can see their movements across the globe in real time.

TESTING THEM OUT
Our crew grabbed a variety of bracelets by Fahlo, to get a sense of the feel, color, and options each one shows on their website. We wanted to track a few animals and see just what the map looked like, how interactive it was, and what the whole expereince was like. We nabbed a few bracelets from each of the wildlife conservation efforts Fahlo partners with for a “wrist on” experience.
Sea Turtles
Each bracelet comes with a different sea turtle to track, so add as many as you like! The bracelets come in 8 different color beads and a green sea turtle. You can read up on their journey, and even track their swim patterns in the exclusive sea turtle tracking map.
Elephants
The Expedition bracelet comes in 9 color combinations and each bracelet helps in gaining knowledge of their amazing stories, age, and what family they belong to. Follow their expedition on the tracking map In partnership with Save The Elephants!
Polar Bears
In partnership with PolarBears International you can not only help save a polar bear, but also track your very own polar bear in real time. The interactive map is easy to access on your mobile phone!
Sharks
How bas a$$ is tracking a real-life shark? The Voyage bracelet comes in a variety of colors and you can join others in seeing the swim paths of sharks from across the globe. In partnership with Polar

Giraffes
A portion of all proceeds are donated to the Somali Giraffe Project, who focuses on the conservation and recovery of the endangered reticulated giraffe through research, education, and community involvement. Overall, tracking an animal in the wild is a cool way to explore nature and wildlife conservation. Each bracelet is really well made, fits any wrist, and the color varieties are unique in their own way. Rep one at a time, or layer them up on your wrist/ankle- these fashionable bracelets are not only cool but they help save wildlife.
The interactive tracking map is a really fun aspect as well. Our crew scanned the QR code and it pulled up the name of the animal we “sponsored.”
The interactive map is really cool to see the progress made by each animal. Our crew even had fun making wagers on if the animal would turn around, hang out, or how long it would kick it in a specific part of the water. Overall we loved the function of the bracelets and the missions they support.
STANDOUT FEATURES

The tracking an animal aspect was something we found to be really fun and entertaining. With names for each animal, it feels like you are doing something good.
The conversation aspect of these are unlike anything we have worn. People ask us all the time “What is that bracelet about?” and we love telling them.
