TESTING IT OUT
Now that we have had our chance to get familiarize with the Achedaway specs, we are ready to test it out!
Our crew is made up of a lot of different athletic/body type levels- from the avid gym goer to the occasional “can someone bring me a beer”, we have a wide range of “muscle groups” to test out the Achedaway’s diversity. We get to give the gun/cupper the fullest range of a review we’d give each crew member a go in 3 breakdown categories: Warm Up, Maintenance, and Recovery.
WARM UP
WARM UP
Ok so we hit the main muscle groups with the Achedaway Pro before we tackled the day…within 30 seconds on each muscle group, we felt the percussion style vibrations really loosening up our core muscles groups. The warm up massage got our blood and juices flowing and body warmed up. The quick and easy “wake up” impacted the routines in such a strong way. We honestly felt like the added blood-flow and wakeup, allowed us to hit the day and the office a bit harder without the clunky shifting of a car parked out in the snow. Solid start!
MAINTENANCE
CUPPING/MASSAGE GUN
This is where the impact of the Cupping really take shape. We have been having some crew reports of tight shoulder muscles from just daily wear and tear…So, popped on the Cupper with the largest of the suction cups (comes with 3 sizes) and 12 minutes of it’s thang…we noticed a HUGE difference on the daily feels. The settings initially were on Infrared, M2 (mode 2) for Relaxation, and level 1 intensity. You can move numbers around to add intensity or suction control.
We love the fact that sitting at the office chair, kicking it on the couch, or right after a workout, we could turn on the cupper, palace on the exact spot on our back and the 12 minute timer does its thing. Major relief in just a few uses!
The Massage Gun has various speeds you can adjust when using it on the larger core muscle groups. We sued the gun/cupper simultaneously. The aluminum flat head was spot on for moving around our upper shoulders, legs, chest, and thigh regions.
RECOVERY
POST WORKOUT
Yo we all can relate to a long day at work or a long workout- and needing some relief. We tried the Massage Gun after work for a week and we seriously felt such a difference. Right before bed, after the gym before heading home, and even right after a long night of hanging with the crew, the massage gun relief we felt is something worth every penny of this gun. We woke up feeling less “tight” and most of the crew seemed to be in better moods around the office. Win flipping win. If there were any specific sore spots, we tossed on the Cupper and voila- pain went bye bye.
