Each test focuses on Gut health, but the Health test dives deeper into ones cellular health, immune health, and offers more results to get a fuller picture of how your body is currently functioning. Both kits include the kits, shipping return labels, and access to full results through the Viome app.

TESTING IT OUT
We tested the Health Intellegnce Test Kit to get the full scope of what Viome offers. We placed the order and within a week the testing kit arrives at your door.
Once the test arrives you can get started. Simply download the app and start answering the person specific questionnaires to get specifics about body weight, current physical symptoms, and overall wellness focused questions. Then comes the sample collection…
The kit includes very specific instructions and tools to collect both blood and stool samples (yeah takes a min to wrap your mind around collecting your own poop). Once you get over yourself, you collect the samples, drop them in the return shipping bag and wait for your results to be analyzed by Viome lab and uploaded to the app.
Within a couple of weeks after shipping back the samples, the Viome app alerts you that your results are ready. From there you can access the easy to interpret results covering the “Snapshot of Your Health.”
When we took a look at our results we were shown our Immune Health scores, Stress scores, Cellular Health scores, Biological Age, Gut Health scores and recommended foods to enjoy and ones to avoid.
Within each “score” on the 30 panel result key, we were able to dove deeper into the specific findings under each area pinpointing the problem areas and the lack of vitamins or nutrients contributing to this issue. In addition, specific analysis of our samples along with studies backing the findings were included in each description.
Each section breaks down your results, the reasons behind the score, and nutrients that are recommended to take to address these findings.
From there you can order the nutrients specific to your lab results, shipped to your door on a monthly basis to start working towards improving any less than desirable results.
